For over 26 years, I've taught leadership and organizational development at the university level while walking alongside real leaders in real organizations facing real challenges. That combination — the rigor of scholarship and the grit of practice — shapes everything I do.
My PhD in Organizational Leadership gave me the frameworks to understand how organizations grow, change, and sometimes get stuck. But it's the thousands of hours spent with CEOs, pastors, executives, and emerging leaders that gave me the wisdom to know what actually moves people forward.
